COVID Testing Sites Near Menomonie
Posted on 10/19/2020

Hello SDMA Families and Staff.

The Dunn County Health Department and other Regional Health Departments have partnered with the Wisconsin National Guard and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to provide local WI National Guard (WING) supported COVID-19 test sites free to those with symptoms or those who are a contact to a person with a positive COVID-19 test.

Both sites are drive-through and offer the minimally invasive nasal swab to test. Individuals must be 5 years or older to be tested and anyone aged 5-17 must be accompanied by an adult that can provide consent for testing. Individuals can register online with a provided registration link (same for all WING sites), by scanning the code on the flier, or registering in-person at the site.

Attached are the fliers for the WING local and regional testing sites (in Dunn County at the Rec Park Small Animal Building: 620 17th St SE, and in Eau Claire near I-94 and Exit 59: 6415 US Hwy 12), and the local health care provider sites that offer COVID-19 testing.

Have a good week.
