KG-12th Grade Enrollment Information
Dear families,
We're thrilled to welcome you to the Menomonie Area School District!
You will need the following items ready for when you enroll:
- Copy of Verification of Residency, examples include: a copy of Utility bill (gas, electric, cable, internet), Lease or Rental agreement, or Property tax bill. Needs to have Parent/guardian name and current address.
- Household info: physical address, phone numbers and emails
- Students: demographics; health (medications, doctor, clinic, hospital); previous school
- Emergency Contacts: Full names and phone numbers
- Other important documents if applicable: IEP, court/legal documentation

For students in elementary grades, your assigned school is based on where you reside. You may access the District Boundary Map to find out your boundary school.
Students entering grades 7-12 should send their transcripts at the time of enrollment to help us begin scheduling classes and selecting the ideal start date. We'll still request records from the previous school.
