Interventions, for remediation as well as for enrichment, are most often delivered as part of W.I.N. (What I Need) time. This identified time within the instructional day, provides SDMA staff an opportunity to work with individual, small, and/or large groups of students to provide academic and/or behavioral supports to all students based their needs. W.I.N. at the high school level within the SDMA occurs as part of Learning Lab, and/or during study hall.
