Menomonie Middle School Announcements ?

Battle of the Books:  We?ll meet next Wednesday during WIN for a meeting before break.

CORE Leaders:  8^th Grade CORE leaders, please meet in the cafeteria today right after announcements.

Boys Basketball:  This is a reminder to all basketball players that there is no practice after school today.

Boys Basketball Pictures:  We had our boys basketball pictures after school yesterday.  We did not receive order envelopes, but you can order online at Lifetouch.com.  Here is the pre-order code the families can use online.  This code will only work for online ordering up to 48 hours after picture day, then parents will use the portrait ID and access code they will receive on the proof sheets mailed to the school after picture day.  Those can be used for up to 11 months after picture day!  The code to use online is EVTZG8SQ3.

Holiday Dress Up Days:  Student Council is hosting Holiday Dress Up Week next week!

Monday ? Favorite Holiday Movie/Book Character

Tuesday ? Light Up Day

Wednesday ? Santa?s workshop (Santa, reindeer, presents, elves, tree, toys)

Thursday ? Pajama Day!

All school rules apply.  Hats are only allowed if it matches the theme of the day.

Multi-Cultural Club:  Our Holiday Party will be Tuesday, December 19 in room 825 until 4:00pm.  We will learn about winter holidays from other countries.  Bring a favorite, cultural dish to share!

Morning Workouts:  Morning workouts are back up and running again, Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30am.  If you are looking to create a better version of yourself, come check it out!

SAGA:  SAGA will meet this today after school in Mr. Dolan?s room.  See you there!

Yearbook Club:  The Yearbook Club will have an optional meeting today in Ms. H?s room.  This meeting will take place of the scheduled meeting on the 21^st.  come and work on pages and download pictures.

3^rd Quarter Sport Sign Ups:  Sign ups will be today.  We will be signing up for 7^th & 8^th Girls Basketball, 6^th, 7^th & 8^th Boys Swim, and 6^th, 7^th, & 8^th Girls and Boys Wrestling.  We will sign up in the cafeteria during lunch.

Forensics:  Coaches are available every day until 4:00pm this week to help you select your piece.  All pieces must be selected by next Tuesday.
