Menomonie Middle School Announcements –

Track:  No track practice today.

E-Cycling Event!  A reminder: Menomonie Middle School (920 21st St SE Menomonie) is hosting an E-cycle Drive is today from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Only items listed in the flyer will be accepted. Cash or check only.  Dynamic will be collecting items to fill their truck and then taking them away to be properly recycled. The truck will be parked in the drop off line in the front parking lot. Community members will pull up and be helped by MMS students who will have collection sheets to record what you are bringing and the total.

All proceeds will go to the Positive Behavior Reward Fund for our students. Thank you!

E-Cycling Flyer

Menomonie Public Library Author Visit:  Join us for an author visit on April 25th at 4pm- at the Menomonie Public Library.

V.T. Bidania was born in Laos and grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is the author of the ASTRID AND APOLLO series, the first children’s book series to star Hmong American characters, and A YEAR WITHOUT A HOME, a fictionalized memoir in verse about her family’s escape from Laos at the end of the Vietnam War.

A limited number of her books will be available for purchase at the event.

Practices this Week!  Boys and Girls Cheerleading Tryouts 2023-24:  Any current 8^th graders interested in Cheerleading next school year, check this out.  Practices will be Mon. April 17 – Thurs. April 20 from 4:00 – 6:00pm in the Cardio Room at the HS Fieldhouse.  Tryouts will be on Saturday, April 22 at 1:00pm in the cardio room at the HS Fieldhouse.  Please bring:  water bottle, tennis shoes, gym shorts & t-shirt.  Any questions, please email Megan at [email protected].
