Menomonie Middle School Announcements –

Spring Break is Coming!  Spring Break is next week!  If you will be leaving early or absent this week, please make sure you send a note with your student to give to the front office so we can give them passes or homework sheets.  Thank you for your cooperation.

7^th Grade Girls Basketball:  Congratulations to both 7^th Grade Girls Basketball teams on their victories over EC DeLong last night.

FCA:  We will be meeting tomorrow morning at 6:50am.  A guest speaker from Eau Claire will be here.

SAGA:  Our meeting has been rescheduled from last week to this Thursday, May 9^th from 3:10 – 4:00.  Looking forward to seeing everyone!

School Dance:  It’s time to boogie down and get your groove on!  Student Council is hosting a disco themed dance on Thursday, March 23^rd from 3:15 – 5:30 in the MMS gym.  The cost is $5 with $1 going to Bridge to Hope.  Concessions will be sold separately.  This dance is for MMS students only!  Dressing disco is optional, but encouraged.

Lost and Found:  Please check the lost and found table for your missing items before you leave for Spring Break.  Items will be left will be removed from the building over Spring Break.

Student Council:  There will be a Student Council meeting Thursday, March 9^th at 7am in Mr. Haas’ room, room 725, in the silver pod.

There will be a Student Council State work day after school today from 3:15 pm – 4:00 pm in the silver pod.

Art Awareness Month:  In honor of Art Awareness Month, the SDMA K-12 Art Department is displaying student artwork at Culver’s for the month of March and having a share night Tuesday, March 7^th from 4pm – 7pm.

Spring Sport Sign Ups:  Sign ups for 6^th, 7^th & 8^th grade girls soccer, boys tennis and boys & girls track will be held during lunch today & Wednesday, March 8.
