Congratulations MMS!  You did it again!  The results are in and MMS students have EXCEEDED STATE EXPECTATIONS on our state testing.  As a reward, we will be giving out ice cream sandwiches to all students at lunch tomorrow, December 20th.  We will have non-dairy and gluten free options available.  Just ask your friendly food service staff and they will be glad to help.  Congratulations again MMS!  Way to go!

 

Bel Canto:  Don’t forget, we have rehearsal today during WIN to make up for our missed snow day rehearsal with our pianist.

Multi-Cultural Club:  We will be meeting until 4:15pm in Mrs. Xelhuantzi’s room, 825 on Tuesday, December 20th right after school.

 

CORE Leaders:  After announcements, CORE 8th graders meet in cafeteria to prep for tomorrow’s activity.

 

Forensics:  Time is running out!  All students must have their piece selected by tomorrow.  See a coach to select your piece today.

 

Holiday Dress Up Days:  Student Council is hosting dress up days this week.

Tuesday – Ugly Sweaters

Wednesday – Holiday Spirit/Santa’s Workshop (Santa, elves, trees, presents, toys, etc.)

Thursday – Pajamas/Comfy Day

 

Pop-Up Pantry:  Pop Up Pantry Bags for school-age children are available over winter break at two Menomonie locations: 

At Stepping Stones Food Pantry located at 1602 Stout Road.  Their hours of operation over the winter break are:

Tuesday, December 27, 10am – 1pm

Wednesday, December 28, 3pm - 6pm

Friday, December 30, 3pm - 6pm

And

At Bridge To Hope located at 2110 4th Ave. NE

The Pop Up Pantry bags are available in the entry which is accessible 24/7.
