Note about Friday, football game:  Students are invited to the MHS Football Game Friday night at the Stout Stadium.  Please note:  Students are not allowed to sit on the top to rows of bleachers.  You are not allowed to bring in balls, food/drink, or bags.  Let’s show our school spirit by exhibiting our core values!

FFA:  Any students interested in FFA leadership opportunities now have a new club to join.  FFA is coming to the Middle School!  We will have monthly meetings and chances to join the high school in fun activities like rodeo up in Minneapolis, hayrides, and many other activities.

Details of our first meeting will be coming shortly, but right now you have a chance to attend the FFA Fire Convention that is for the 7^th, 8th and 9^th grade students.  If you want more details about this event taking place on Saturday, October 12^th, come see Mrs. Forster in the 6^th Grade Blue Pod.

Homecoming:  Homecoming is tomorrow!  Do not wait until the last minute to figure out your after school plans.  If you are riding the bus with a friend, you will need to bring a note signed by your parent/guardian to the front office Friday morning before school starts.  Texts and phone calls are not accepted.  You will not be allowed to leave class to call home with plans so make sure your parents know what you are doing.  Calls can only be made during lunch and after school.  Also, if you are getting picked up early, bring a parent signed note to the office Friday morning.

Picture Retakes:  Picture retakes will be Thursday, October 3^rd.  If you did not get your picture taken on the drop in day or you need to retake your picture, please stop down.  These are also yearbook photos so it’s important to have your picture taken.  We will begin picture during CARES.  We will call you down in groups.  Pictures are usually done by 9am so make sure you are here right away in the morning.  Order forms are available in the front office.  You can also purchase pictures online at mylifetouch.com and enter Picture Day ID:  EVTK6Q7DQ.

Multicultural Club:  We will march in the Homecoming Parade on Friday.  Wear your club shirt and join us!
